Long quote message problem

Hello, Many users always quote very long message. And other and me hate this Is it any way to cut off quote some letter limit ? I tested this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2577438 but not work on 4.2.3 Any other idea ? I need expand and collapse long quote. Regards

You can add this to additionl.css and it will put scroll bar to quoted text.
not tested but should work.

.bbcode_quote div.quote_container {
  max-height: 100px;
  overflow-y: scroll;
}

Yes it is OK now. Is it only affect forum quote message right ?

You have people in that very thread stating that it DOES work on 4.2.3.

So it would be useful to put some details of the problems you are having, into that thread.
"Not working" doesn't tell anyone anything about how the issue might be fixed.
