Best way to add an active option to Prefixes?
Hello,
Looking to add an active (on/off switch) option to the prefixes. What would be the best way of getting this done? Would it need file a modification? I am actually surprised that this is not a default option in the first place. Thanks! |

I have prefixes as optional item on some of my forums. Some members use them, some down. Not sure if this is something that would work for you

What I was trying to do was make a prefix nonactive so I wouldn't have to delete it from the prefix manager but it wouldn't show on the selection when creating a new thread. Prefixes are forced in some forums.

Change its permissions so the usergroup(s) no longer has permission to use it ?
I think it will still display on threads that have it, but wont be selectable anymore. (I have not tested this). |

Awesome! I didn't even think of the simplest of options!
Thank you! |
