Arcade link? That's probably added by your Arcade plugin.

As Dave said, that is from a modification. If you continue to have problems removing the link, you will need to post in the modification thread for help.

The mod isn't installed anymore!

Then you probably did not uninstall it completely. Look at the installation instructions of the addon and go backwards, making sure you undo every step.

Or did you, at any point, add that entry to the navigation manager manually?
