Are attachments stored in the database or filesystem (check Attachments > Attachments Storage Type)? If in the filesystem, did you enter a FULL (not relative) path to the attachments? Have you verified the directory is chmod to 777 recursively?

and other than "edit your config or any other files with notepad++", where is your advice on how to fix her problem or, are you just critiquing others? She doesn't need notepad++. She can use notepad. Is your next advice to her to "reboot" or re-install vb? |

You cant edit your config or any vb files with just notepad you need notepad++ it will cause problems if you use normal notepad
