ok, I have been trying to figure out what to use for a main page on my forum. Like phportals, or phpnuke...only two I know of so far....

my main reason is so the news posts will be there with a calender and a poll and menu of links also....

A major thing is I need a gallery section so users can upload their own pictures to the site. I am still unsure what portal system will support that and what gallery systems there are to get....I am hoping they are free but yet to find out...

if you have any info on these questions....Please reply or let me know by email..thank you very much.
