HAVE MERCY!!! I rRemoved VBSEO and re-writes are driving me nuts

HELP!!!
Long story short my host kept suspending my site because vbseo was trashing their server. So I followed the steps online on how to do it but Im still having a huge issue fixing my old links.

My site is set up domain.com/foum/

Old vbseo link is like the Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs.

This is the old showthread.

After removing vbseo the link looks like this.

Right now Im using the Basic Friendly Url's and CMS and the Forum seem to be playing nice. Still all the links off Google error.

Im not sure if posting my rewrites here is a good ideal but I can if its needed.

There are third party addons to replace vBSEO, if you really want to maintain the links.

Just be sure since my brain feels like jelly after all this. This is the old vbseo link structure.

The paid version of DBtech's DBSEO I believe even has conversion help. But you'd need to double check with them.

Well nuts I dont think thats going to work. I removed vbseo because of high server load and it seems DBseo isnt much better.

Isn't there a way to use rewrites to fix this?

If you're willing to write a TON of rewrites, sure. Manually.

So just how bad is it for my indexed pages and images if I just leave it as it is. Search engines will re index the links but correct me if I'm wrong its like starting over.
