Go to ACP --> Usergroups -->Usergroup Manager click on Edit for the group, Unregistered / Not Logged In
Now in the General Permissions block, set, Can View Member Info to No |

I have done the process you told me.. Before this option was set to Yes and after changing it to No nothing has been changed. member list is still opening and when any guest or unregistered person click on any name or image from member's list it redirects to home page. Thanks... Janjua |

Hello,
To do this in VB5 first make sure Site Builder is enabled (Edit Site is "On.") The click on the Navigation Bar option at the top of the page. You will get a listing for Navbar Items and Sub-Navbar items. Members List is on the bottom of the sub-navbar list, click the pencil icon to "edit" it. Click on the "Edit" link under Usergroups. You will get a list of usergroups- to show it to members only check the box for Administrators, Moderators, Registered Users, and Super-Moderators only and save changes. If you have custom usergroups of course select those as well. As long as you don't choose the Unregistered / Not Logged In group at this point you'll be all set. |

Thank you very much for your support.
I have done and Member List is now hide from unregistered users but I don't want to hide, I want to restrict Member List from unregistered persons and I want if some body click Member List link he receive a message that "You are not authorize to view Member List" or "Please register to view Member List etc etc... In this way if somebody type "http://mysite.com/memberlist" he should receive above message... |

Hello,
That isn't going to be possible without modifying the code. |
