I wanted to buy a premium vbulletin theme and looking I found completevb and they have some really nice themes but people say that they dont answer support emails or ticket and that once you buy a theme from them you dont get it activated.

Is it true?

What sites do you recommend me to buy premium themes?

I had to have my payment for a premium fee refunded by PayPal.

Yes its true, same as what Spangle mentioned happened to us. They take your money for the skin but you do not get a download link.
