A couple of things stand out. The first thing I noticed was "You Come to the Right Place". People tend to be sloppy when they type things out in comments and messages, but when they go to a professional website, spelling and grammatical errors can be off-putting. It should be "You've Come to the Right Place." A small error, but one that would have made me think about backing out of the site if I had seen it.

Another thing I noticed is "An expert team of support staff available" is repeated over and over again in the More Features section. One section even has the default "Content 3" message that came with whatever script you're using in all the headers. That would've made me think the site is not finished. I would have definitely backed out at that point and not even looked at the pricing.

Since those details are on your fist page, I wouldn't be surprised if people are looking at that and thinking "this site isn't finished yet" or "this site is not really what it says it is" and navigating away before even looking the rest over. There's an idiom we use in English: "the devil is in the details." What that means is, the little details matter. They stack up and ultimately define your site. So you want to give them due attention. I hope that's helpful.

Check all text as in some places the space bar has not been used. Also the 3 tabs under More Features well check ss for the few errors/problems. Apart from these cant see anything else saying that have not checked the whole site

3% off? Why bother even having a discount... Makes it look worse than no discount honestly.

In line with what I was saying before: "Best Hosting Provider". I'll tell you, I'll probably stay away from any site using this kind of phrase. It's what's called a fragment. It's not a complete sentence. If it said something like "The Best Hosting Provider for X Price", or "Best Hosting Provider on the East Coast" or anything like that, I wouldn't have batted an eye. But when you use it that way, you get the sense that the site owners first language isn't English. Now don't get me wrong. That doesn't mean people have a problem with foreign based services. But a good number of scams and poorly run websites and services usually have that kind of incomplete phrasing and incorrect English. If you're marketing to an English speaking audience, then you have to watch your grammar and syntax on your website, or else you'll blend in to all the scams from foreign countries that usually come our way. The services we've learned to be wary of.
