Default New type of Rep System.
So i was thinking about the rep system on vb and i thought if it can be replaced with the one mybb has.
not like copy and paste code, just the same type of idea of it.
one guy made something like this but never released and it was for vb 3, i need it for vb 4.2.1

anyways it would be great if anyone wants to put in the effort for it but if not its cool, ill probably take a look at it and start going at it myself, but i'm pretty sure someone out there has more skill in vb to make something like this.
