vBulletin 5 Connect Ticket Support
Your vBulletin 5 Connect license includes 30 days ticket support with purchase. This support starts when the software is first downloaded regardless of version. The support policy is based on the license you purchased, not the version you downloaded or are using. Each vBulletin 5 Connect license has free forum support included. As a courtesy to early adopters we had extended ticket support for all vBulletin 5 Connect license holders until June 30, 2013. That extension has now expired and the standard 30 day policy is now active.
As support, we have put in specific escalation procedures in case we need more information than a forum thread can safely provide so please rest assured that we can handle your issues. If however you wish to take advantage of our priority ticket support you will need to purchase a Support Contract. Support contracts include Email, Ticket and Phone Support. They are available in one month and one year increments at $49 and $199 respectively.
