I'm looking for the hack that allows you to add attachments to private messages, but I can't seem to find it. I'm sure it exists since this forum has it integrated. Anybody know where I can find it?

I'm trying to get to the hacks index, when I click on the link above it automatically takes me to portal not the index. How can I get to the index? I do own a lisence and I have a login. Can anyone help me?
