Need some help guys :)

Ok, we run a clan website and upgraded from vb4 to vb5 and we have some problems.
First problem is "Online Users" module don't seem like it's live. When someone comes on it wont show in "Online Users" for a while. Is there a setting to make it "more" live?

Second, when I first installed vb5 it showed "Latest Activity" module on far right side and I believe forums on the left. I might have just imagined that lol. But I wanted to see if latest activity could be on right and forums on the left.

and finally I installed Envolve chat for the bottom of website but it requires user login through "Facebook, Twitter or Envolve" on vb4 it was auto login through site database. I cant get that setup.
