Prevent "username HTML markup"
Hi,
My moderators usergroup have this in the username HTML markup section: <font color="#XXXXXX"></font> So they get their nicknames in a special color. However, I'd like to prevent one of them from being displayed with that color while still having him in the moderators usergroup. Is this possible? Thanks! |

I think what you can do is select "Registered User" as a secondary group, then once that's saved there'll be a "Display Usergroup" dropdown where you can choose which group that user will display as.

What you will have to do is set there usergroup to "Registered User" or the usergroup you will like them to be displayed in, then tick underneath any additional usergroups you want hen to have, that user will then gain the same permissions as both usergroups.
Finally, if you want them to just be able to moderate specific forums then when your in your forum management you can simply add a moderator to the category but they will not show up as a html markup moderator they will just have moderation permissions for the selected forum(s). |
