Default Encoding Problems
Hey, I have some encoding problems with my vBulletin 5 installation. I updated from 4.2 to 5C and now i cant display any utf8 characters. It's really annoying, because its a german forum, so there really are a lot of questionmarks in there

I didnt found an option in the config.php and neiter in the vbulletin settings Can you tell me where to change this. My db has the standard Latin1 encoding which was ok for vbulletin4, the html charset is set to "ISO-blabla" - i tried utf8 as well, but i think its the db connection...

Any ideas?
