Looking for suggustion for a new program for my download section of the forum.

I am looking for a program to use in my forum(currently running version 4.2.0 Vbulletin) to replace my current program for my download section. I use this section to store owners manual and brochures for my members to download. I am looking for something that once you log in to the Vbulletin forum it does not require a separate log in to access it, I also want to be able to set up permission so only certain level of membership can access it to download and only I can upload. It also needs to be able to handle uploads of files between 10 and 20mb pdf files. Work with different browsers like internet explorer, Firefox, safari & Google chrome as these are the main ones being used to access my site and have a feature so you can create different folders and organize folder and the files in them in any order you wish. Anyone have any suggestions?
