Is there a way to have the global moderators to ONLY use the soft delete and not hard delete? This way the admin can recover any threads accidently deleted.

Or a way to take out the physical delete from the global moderator options?

admincp/Forums & Moderators/show all moderators then edit each ones forum permissions
