Is there a mod that allows me to show a particular stick thread in a few sections that I select. Global thread is not working for me since I cannot select the section, it shows it in all.

You may create the thread and then copy it into the other forums.

I'd like all the comments to be in one thread so that won't work.

Then I do not know of a mod. You may have to take the global thread mod and modify it for your own needs.
