User login to non vB pages using vB login and cookies on IIS 5.0
I want to require users to login to my site which also has a vBulletin board on it. However, they should only have to log in once for the site and the discussion.
What I want to do is require login for some pages, if the user tries to go to one they are either allowed in if the cookie exists, or are prompted to login and then brought back to that page once logged in. They should not see page content until they are authenticated. There should also be a link on the login page to bring them to the vBulleting registration area if they are not already a registered user. I am running IIS on Windows 2000. Can anyone help? |
