As borbole points out you can't post a "Paid Request" until after you buy a license.

There is no guarantee you will find someone here although it is likely. If buying the license is contingent upon finding someone to do the transfer you will have to find someone willing to do it on a different site- for example web-master forums usually have a section where you can find paid help.

As an unregistered user you also will not be able to accept PMs here on vBulletin.org.
