It's a user setting. Settings (upper right corner) > General Settings > Thread Display Mode > Linear - Newest First.

Do you have any idea make just the one Thread's Display Mode is "Newest First".and other is by user

You want to have only one thread display newest first and have all the others display as oldest first? You would need to write a plugin to do that.
