Variables on external PHP page

I must use same variables ({vb:raw header} and {vb:raw footer}) on external PHP file (wordpress).
How can I do?

I used this:

chdir ('PATHOFMYFORUM/forum');
require_once('./global.php');
?>

Into PHP page of wordpress, but the vbuleltin variable don't work.

Help me.
