User to user donation mod

Is there a mod that allows for members to send a donation to other members? Like the EG-Donate mod, but limit specific users/usergroups to enable the option.

I'd like to setup a system that would allow users to basically "buy a beer" for another user as a thanks. They can make a small donation to another user as a way to say thanks. I know there are several "Thanks" mods, but I don't think any of them are tied into PayPal or something similar.
