DrupalVb and User Intregration VB and Drupal
Vbulletin Scope of Work
Website portal built on top of drupal 7 and forums built on vbulletin 3.6. Both systems work independently except for user management. We would like to have 2 way integration between vbulletin and Drupal. When we say user integration, we mean the following: 1> User Login 2> User Registration 3> User Deletion 4> User Email/Password change 5> User Ban We have integration from Drupal -> Forums working as we have internal drupal skills to do that, so following is working: 1> IF user registers on drupal, a user is added on forums. 2> If user is deleted on drupal, a user is deleted on forums 3> If a user is banned on drupal, a user is banned on forums 4> If a user login on drupal, user is logged in on forums. 5> If a user change email/pwd on drupal, a user's email is changed ( password change to forums is in works) We want to do the similar from Vbulletin: 1> If a user logs in vbulletin, user should be logged in portal. 2> If a user registers or is added via admincp then user should be added to portal. 3> If a user is deleted from admin backend or other sources, then it should be deleted on portal. 4> If a user is banned on vbulletin, user should be banned on drupal. 5> If a user changes email/pwd on vb, a user's email and pwd should be changed on portal. Right candidate, should know user related fucntions in vbulletin and should be able to modify the above workflows without breaking future upgrade ( we should not face problems while making upgrades to vb4). We will set up a call with drupal experts to help you with some functions on drupal's side to help you build appropriate function calls on vbulletin side. |
