I found that in google too but Drive Trough online posted this
"Not our Vendor Tools product..."

Perhaps it's custom. The link in the first post doesn't work for me, so I really don't know.

It is almost certainly a custom mod, made by and for IB owned sites.

I've noticed. By the end I had hoped that such product is available to everyone. How to contact them? Perhaps they would be willing to sell it?
P.S. It is interesting how a signle one bulletin board, from the IB repository, is not upgraded to vB4.
