Need Help Installing A Mod

This mod is the Post Thank You Hack.

In the directions it says i need to 'upload via ftp' folder. i have that but i have no idea where i upload it too. any help?

Questions regarding "How to" on any mod on vbulleting.org, needs to be ask in the mod thread.

But... All mods that require you to upload via ftp are structured the same way your folders of your site are.

In FTP, open your site folder, upload the "contents" of the upload folder to your forum root folder (where you see your admincp, includes...ect, folders, add the contents below all the folders) You will be asked to merge folders, select yes.

oh im sorry i didnt know where to post this.
i get the first part of what you are saying i just dont understand where my "site folder" is. how do i get to that

Open your FTP program, scroll to public_html, open it.
You will see your site folder, open it.
Do you see the folders I mentioned above?
Thats where you will upload to.

FTP?! is that in the admin cp? i have no clue where im supposed to be looking..

No, FTP is NOT in the admincp, FTP is a program you use to add files to your site folder.
How do you add file/folders to your site, you mentioned above that you had FTP.
