How do i make it so that i can allow one moderator some features but not the others.
For example. i want some members able to add members directly to the site.
While others access to the awards system.
Then a few to only do forum ablities and niether of ther other 2.

Moderators if I remember correctly cannot edit users even via modcp, you'll need something similar to this - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=204787 although slightly different. Alternatively you could make them a admin then strip nearly every permission available except user administration.
