Database error....member can't post

I'm just starting out and I have a member that can't post. It says something to the effect of Database error
you havent accepted the forum rules. |

Right click > view page source or check your emails for the exact database error. We can't help you with anything without knowing the error

Has that member checked a check box that says they have read & agree to the forum rules?

Yes. They've all checked the box, but in some profiles it says this Then others it says they did But in reality, they all did. When someone who actually did check the box tries to post a splash screen thing says accept it before you can post and it wouldnt let him hit accept because of the errors...I'll have him send me the error |

That looks like a mod. Are you using this mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...=201312&page=4) on a 4.0 board perhaps? If so, that's where your problem is. That mod is made for 3.8 not 4.0
BTW, why are you using both VBAdvanced AND CMS? |
