keeps registered members
Hi All quick brain pick from those in the know.
I want to completely clear my site and start fresh, however i want to keep the registered members, and just clear the rest. Im having issues since i moved and i think its database related. Im unsure what tables I should keep in order to not remove users and passwords but remove all other data. Any advice appreciated on this. |

I'm no expert, but I don;t think you want to mess with the db directly. You can prune all the posts in the AdminCP, then just run the counters again. Not sure what else there is to clear, but I bet you can do that indirectly as well.
OTOH, if a server move is involved, you may be better off trying to figure out what the problem really is, rather than assuming messing with the db will fix it. |

ive got a backup so thats not an issue, the database appears fine on checking, yet if i create a test site with a new database site works fine, only problem can be a corrupt database.

Have you tried using impex to import the users? (obviously try this on the test site first)
