Default Pop up on first visit
What is the best way to go about a javascript pop up on vbulletin (that happens only once), and only for first time guests. I have found some examples but I am unsure about adding cookies in fear of them interfering with vbulletin cookie scripts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
