Admins: Do you accidently click the EDIT button when REPLYING to someone's post?

I'm a new admin and I can't tell you how many times I've hit the "EDIT" button when replying to someone else's post.

I think its because the normal location of Reply is where the EDIT button appears for Admins on all posts (at the extreme left side under the post).

Can someone please help me to remove the edit button for admin users unless Its my post?
