What would hiding the text do? There are a number of "spoiler" BB Codes that hide text until you click on a box to show it.

There's also several "Hide" hacks that hide text based on usergroup or post count. They are easy to find- in the search box at the top of the page search for "Hide" or "Spoiler" in 4.x Mods - Titles Only and you can pick what you want.
