Default external url redirects in framed page
external url redirects in framed page would be a nice add-on to have

we used to use it 3.5 series later on it didn't work.

developer last seen online in 2007

would love to get it working for 3.8 & 4 versions, it will be a nice addition to have our traffic in control as well
