Cannot List Widgets In Admin CP

For some unknown reason,this started happening today: I cannot add, delete, list or edit widgets. Any assist would be appreciated:

Update: Found VBGamez widget was left when uninstalled. Took out the record and works great.

I've had that, make a backup of your database (just in case), then manually remove the offending widget type from the database.
