You want them to look all the same? It kind of looks, based on the names, like maybe the ones that have the problem are subforums. So it's probably a forumhome_forumbit_level2 template or something like that. (You could go to vBulletin Options and turn on "Add Template Name in HTML Comments" then look at the page source to see what templates are involved). If you really want them to be the same you might be able to just copy the one that looks right to the other one. If you want the sub forums to indent then you might need another table cell in there somewhere.
