Where can I find that hack installer that Bira and others use?

I have an idea for a hack...kind of similar to vbPad...except that it's made to be an online bookmark manager

So where can I download that installer? And what are your guys' comments on the hack?

The installer is mainly written by Bane but I did a lot of work on it too, so you should really ask for Bane's permission to use it.
