Ha. That will teach Kevin to tell someone to look at the thread "below" this one! FWIW, the one I see below this is a style question with no answers yet.
"Too many connections" can be caused by a lot of things, but you've given us virtually nothing to go on, not even a link. And since this isn't mod related, should probably be over on vb.com anyway. But really, if you do a search or two you should turn up lots of stuff. I don't even want to think about what this new error could be. I've never run tools.php so I'm not even sure what it does. |
