CMS Article Preview Background
on the home page, where the article's show previews, i would like to create a background for them to organize them a bit. I know it's possible because vb.com's blog system has something similar, look here to see what im talking about - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php
Notice how the first four blogs have that nice blue background around them? Then the rest show up and it's ugly and plain as sin. Does anyone know of a way to do this? |

The First Four are "Featured posts" also have the star.. thats why they have that.
I have done Article backgrounds on the CMS on my site.. Go to www.gamergodz.com Change style to Testing Style and tell me if that is what your looking for talking about? --------------- Added [DATE]1285180659[/DATE] at [TIME]1285180659[/TIME] --------------- I probably will not check back here so if that is what you want PM me. |

There is no 'testing style' in your forum.

Yes, that's kind of similar to what I was thinking about - except I wanted to the style to be more like the vbulletin "featured posts"
Doesn't neeed the stars, just the background and feel of it. |

It is not difficult to figure out. I highly suggest you use Firefox if you do not and learn to use the FireBug add on. It reveals all of the CSS code n a site. Find a site that you like a particular item on, firebug the code and then use it on your site.
