Threads/Posts awaiting moderation, how to add a "Delete as Spam" choice?

Hello,

In the moderation pane, there are 3 options:
- Validate
- Delete
- Ignore

How can I add "Delete as Spam"?

Each time I must delete a moderated post or thread, it is because it is a Spam one...
I would save hours in I was able to "delete as spam" directly from the moderation page :/

How can I edit the template to this function?
