Anyone else here dying for the xbox kinect to arrive? Also very curious to see what playstation 3 comes up with and when.

Playstation is bringing out the Playstation 'Move', and if i'm not wrong it's due out in Australia before the kinect.

Can't say I care at all about it- when I play a game I want a controller... if I wanted to jump around like an idiot I'd have a Wii... (which i do have too but that isn't the point).

I think Sony and Microsoft want a bit of the money aspect. I love my Wii, it's fun, playful, and childish, and that's what it's meant to be for. I honestly believe that Sony and Microsoft's games are too realistic and too serious to have an interactive component. A lot of people are hyped about Heavy Rain on PS3 having the 'move' component. Has anyone played that game? It's not stop hand jerking with the controller, if you had to move instead it'll be a 3 hour non-stop workout.

I think that we need a HD version of the Wii, rather than real life interaction in a video game.

Personally I think the Playstation Move and Xbox Kinect are really stupid ideas, and just wannabe wiis.

Either way, waste of money, in my honest opinion.
