Does anyone know of any type of support desk or ticket system mod for vB 3.8x? I've looked but can't find anything like this.
This would be a great mod to have especially for any site that integrates a community with a stand alone site with products and services.
Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately no helpdesk mod is available for 3.8.x.

Does anyone know if there is such a mod available for vB4? I have it installed on my servers but haven't made the switch over from my 3.8x forum yet because I'm still trying to work out the best way to set it up with new mods etc. If there was a support desk type mod then i would probably make the change over straight away.
