Help please with Social Groups

Hi ,

Today i noticed that i have a problem with my social groups.


The problem is when a new member tries to join them they receive this below

How can i fix this please ?

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.1:

The problem is with your table named: fnewsubscribegroup
It's missing the field named: emailupdate

This may be the result of a partial/failed upgrade or a bad mod or even a database error. I would login to phpmyadmin and look at the table structure, maybe the field is there but got renamed somehow... hopefully it's there... have you upgraded or changed anything lately?

Is there a way to find out which mod is this ? Yes lately( last month ) i have install 7 new mods but cant remember which was this ,

I can think that it should conserns the social groups ? correct?

So if i found everythink , shall i re-install them for a biginig , as aim not so expert with phpmy admin

Yeah, goshalim: A mod for Social Groups might have caused the problem. Or maybe a mod that changed the email system.

Easiest way to find out which mod is to go to "Manage Products" and disable one mod at a time while seeing if it fixes social groups.

Well ...bad luck

I have disconnect all of then one by one and still have them problem !!!

Yeah unfortunately since this changed the database it was unlikely merely disabling a mod would fix this... unfortunately the only way I can think of of fixing this would be to go to phpmyadmin or else reinstall the forum altogether. What version are you using, perhaps upgrading MAY work if you aren't running 3.8.5 yet.

Hi , checked and the field is not there.
Try to add the field but receiveing errors ....

HI

Founf the problem. I went indfividually to evry XML file which i have uploaded looking for the word emailupdate .

Found it at the end , and delete it and now everything is working fine.

Find attached the xml file which was causing the problme.
