Currently Im on (Version 2.0.1) and now (Version 2.3.0) is avalible to me. How do I go about upgrading my vbb to the newer version?

Im a new user to Vbb, and I really dont know much.
Your help would be much appreciated.

vb 2.3.0 is available? Where have I been? Do you mean 2.2.1?
