I'd like to use one of the two hacks (Spider Friendly URLs and vB Spider Friend) that allow all of my threads to be cached by search engines. Both look similar, but they also appear to have a few differences too. So, now I'm asking, which would you recommend, and which have you tried on your own forum?

I like Overgrow's hack. It's easy to set up and it's kind of cool to look at the text version of the board.

I now have both. I had overgrow's installed for ages, and nothing ever came of it. Thus, I went to the spider friendly urls and I added meta tags on a per-forum basis.
Still waiting to see how it turns out. Amy |
