I think the RL depends upon the number of installs. Nobody seems to have installed my style even though there were a few downloads.

Let me release a few template edits and see if that helps. :P

Release level is factored on installs, and you get Coder if you release Add Ons, and Designer if you release Skins/template mods. You get both (like me) if you've released both skins and add ons.
