Thread Title in Advertising Block - and Change Width

Hi Folks,

Ive added some social bookmarking icons to my posts, using the first post advertisement feature in vb4.

Two things:

1) I have tried all sorts of variations, but I cant get the thread title to render in this box, what is the correct code for it?

2) Im trying to reduce the width reserved for the post - its not in the stylevars, where can I update this?
