Facebook Share: Topic Title and Description

When I click the Submit button and a summary of the subject name does not appear. Instead of their name and general description of the forum seems. Shown in the image below in the subject where my forum name is my name! Defined under the definition of the forum!

Example:

Thread Name: 32. Halısaha Muharebesi (does not appear to)
