MYSQL table crashed plz help

HI There
i'm getting Database error when trying to view any threads or forum is, getting this message::

MySQL Error : Table './user-name/post' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

in my server status it show: disk /dev/sda2 (/var) 100%

and support trying to fix it,

how can i solve these problems?

Try to repair it at phpmyadmin in the cp of your host. Select the db that your forum resides on, then select the table in question and all the way to the bottom where it says: With selected choose the Repair option. Hope it helps.

Addressing the diskspace issue should be priority or the table will be corrupted again.
