Hi ..

Dont know if i am asking it in right section ..pardon me.

I want to change the default post icon from .gif to .png .. i uploaded the .png file to the post icon folder with the correct path but it not showing up ..and when i upload .gif image it shows up .. is there a way so that i can change something so that i can have .png format as my post icon instead of .gif ..

Moved to vb3 forum for now, you have not made it clear which version you are referring to.

Venture into your admincp >> Post Icon Manager and click the link (normally default) category you uploaded to and change the extension from .gif to png.

If the post icons that you are uploading are titled differently you will have to make the amendments and correct them from inisde the post icon manager.
