This is my first upgrade of vB.

I have a number of hacks installed including:

Last Post Title
Picture in Profile
Community Bulletin

As well as many adjustments to templates and styles.

What gets changed on the upload?

Do I have reinstall all the hacks?

The PHP files get overwritten. You need to reinstall any changes you made to them. You need to revert any templates mentioned in the release announcement. So, you will have to redo any mods to the effected templates, too.
